Actually, I feel kinda drain today. No creative energy, nothing whatsoever. I have no idea how it goes here. Really I don't.

*sigh*

Ya know, I have this warm fuzzy feeling whenever Rukawa is mentioned. And damm, how could that piece of arrogant cell does that?

*wondering*

Rukawa Kaede

Did I see you running away from me? You should be, because I'm just about to muse onto this interesting character. Just reminscence those times when I didn't know anything about Slam Dunk... yet....

I first watched Slam Dunk in AXN, and I had my giggle with Sakuragi. It's true. He is probably the funniest character I ever come across, and I vaguely remember my first SD episode, Sakuragi vs Akagi. Then, I let it pass, had my laugh and thinking of just getting on with life.

A while later, like, the next day or something, AXN showed an episode that's involved First years against Seniors. Sakuragi was a beginner so he's been sidelined. And man what I saw made me glue with the anime for like, forever. Rukawa Kaede dazzled the crowd with his skills, his focus and his attitude. Not they type of person to care much about age, like a quiet Battohsai, he slashed into the defence, and it left blood on the floor to some extent.

That episode showed the power of Akagi in defence, and it left Rukawa flabbergasted. Ok, maybe not, but I believe that was the first impression Rukawa had on high-school basketball. But he didn't go down and whimper and whin, he did the usual thing needed. Slowly, he put his right hand on his left arm, and raised the sleeve of his shirt so it settle nicely on the left shoulder. Then, in that position, he was thinking of counter-attack. This is the time to get really serious.

And that was *the* moment. The moment of Rukawa Kaede. The beginning of an obsession...

Why's that? Recently, I did an introspection on myself. And I found, I can relate to that moment. Because I usually raised the sleeve of my shirt whenever there's an urgency I need to attend. It was easier, I can move well, and psychologically, it's been... well, such a natural thing to do. Time to get serious, time to get busy, time to do some serious kick-ass job. It's the time.

Also, in that episode, the first years, whom still a lil bit timid while playing with the high-school basketball team, relied on Rukawa to score the points. It reminded me of my own history, when during middle-school, I have to face the school's rep team, because nobody in the team wanted to be in the same team with less-skilled players. Knowing me, and the temper I had, well, it is tiring ok? Facing a very very strong team while your teammate was too damm afraid to hold the ball, you know you got to do something. And yes, I scored, and yes, we lost. And yes, it was only one point while I kept on holding their feet until I was kicked out because of foul, but man o man, it was satisfying, and that was probably the best point I had scored in my whole life.

I didn't know I have Rukawa Kaede in me. lol!

n/p: Tokuyama Hidenori- For Real.

Man o' man, I had it bad. I just thinking maybe I should go on and check out this guy that sings the opening theme for Saiyuki. Lil did I know, I had it bad. Cos he's such a bishie! My goodness, better wiped out that drool outta me. The voice was so good, so much emotions and so much strength that made it perfect as a theme song for Saiyuki. And just going wow!

He took a lil of Takashi Sorimachi's style in it.

He's sorta a real-life bishie, and yes, he is still a teenager. Dammit, it made me feel so old.

He's also an actor, and had appeared in probably my most favourite Jdroama of all time- GTO. Yep yep, he's one of the first characters to appear in the series, only to get Onizuka-sensei's biker dudes all around them, and in the end, literally been smitten by the extraordinary teacher. Man, it seems like I know him all these years and I don't know he can sing? ha ha! Such a fool am I. lol. Oh, seem like he was born in 82'. dang!

And he looks like Bae Yong-Jun when he was young, what with that hairstyle and such. Gah! cutie galores.

Drool away!

OOC

Ok. My thoughts on Out-Of-Character's character.

Yes, you can write an OOC characters. Of course it was bound to happen. Especially when the setting of the story is different from the usual original settings.

But...

Yes, there is a but here somewhere.

Please please make it believable. Please explain to us readers why does the character turned out to be that way. Explain! It doesn't matter if it will take a long time, good fic usually takes a long time to finish. It doesn't matter if it such a tedious work to describe the settings and what happened really. Do it in your fic. Go ahead. Us readers will appreciate the efforts taken. Convince us it really can happen in the fic, not in the replies to the reviews. That's how it goes.

For example, Rukawa lusting after Sakuragi, the usual RuHana fare. Why? Tell us why in the fic, why in the world does he dream about the read-head? Why in the world does he become so possesive. Or so jealous? Why? Why??? And why does Sakuragi feel about it? Sakuragi is more than a babbling idiot, and Rukawa is more than just a possesive lover. Tell me dammit! Take the hint from the anime, play it out, because for some reason, even though we watched the same anime, I don't think we interpret it in the same way. So tell us blind readers who don't see it.

Yea... OOC can be such a nuisance sometimes.

Why Wicked World?

Wicked World is the name of the song by Aneiki, this cool duo grom Australia. And the excerpt above was taken from the lyrics of the song. A very cool lyrics, very so me.

And here, in my lil corner of the internet world, I'm indulged myself with some writings and opinions I have abound. It could be dark, it could be fun, but what the fricking heck, it is *my* world. My very own Wicked World.

Here's the lyrics if anybody would like to see.

Wicked World

I'm taking deep breaths in broken sentences
You're seeping into my darkest defence
As we lie in love and silence
My whole world becomes see-through
And every thought is framed by you

Shine like an honest deed
Inside my wicked world
And I feel alive, I'm justified
Like an evil act performed for a good cause
Shine like a distant sun that's sent to warm this girl
And I feel alive, I'm simplified
Like I was made for you

Impromptu version of truth
And I could live without the world outside of you
Cuddled up inside your hands
I think I like the girl I am

Shine like an honest deed
Inside my wicked world
And I feel alive, I'm justified
Like an evil act performed for a good cause
Shine like a distant sun that's sent to warm this girl
And I feel alive, I'm simplified
Like I was made for you

Could I be your addiction
All I want is to be craved
I wanna be non-fiction
But I could never be that brave

Shine like an honest deed
Inside my wicked world
And I feel alive, I'm justified
Like an evil act performed for a good cause
Shine like a distant sun that's sent to warm this girl
And I feel alive, I'm simplified
Like I was made for you

J.Waite/G.Wallis/T.Ekman/C.Sandelin

*Disclaimer: The song belongs to them, no breach of copyright intended, no suing the poor hapless soul, no annoying lawyers to shoot (damm that's boring) and no nothing.

Oh, I'm thinking of writing a HanaRu using the lyrics of this one. Could be interesting. hhhmm.....

This is my other blog. It's just part of my little corner in my mind. And here, I'm thinking of putting my thoughts on the stuff that no one, no one really.... know about.

It's twisted, I know. But I am twisted in a sense. hehehe....
