Firstly, need to put this on my journal for easy reference:-

honor bound

Don't mind about the American spelling, cos this one is one heck of excellent writing.
Really. This is story that tell class difference, honour and love. And dude, imagine, both of the main characters found solitude in war. And yet, peace aint suppose to be what they imagine. It's kinda like... no matter what your position is, it's ok if you have someone to love to be there with you. Yea... really leave a lasting impression on me- since I stayed up till 3am to read this.

On other news.... Q Detective School! Amakusa Ryu is exactly like I imagine Ruru-chan in detective environment. Cold, detach and just plain brilliant! And also, that dangerous and mysterious. Let's say... Q is almost equivalent to Sakuragi in SD, and Ryu with Rukawa. But at least Q is that smart, and is not as arrogant as the red-head. Overall, I shall wait for the next installment in this manga. Can't wait to get to Ryu!

Lord of the rings- Return of the King

Lemme just start with the ending. When the credit rolled, I stood up, and began clapping. Yes, I'm the only one in the theater who did so. But yes, I will do it over and over again if it's suit me. shesh, I was the one that started to stand up after the excellent perfomance of Les Miserables in Bristol for God's sake. So, it's no surprise. I clapped.

And when it came to Billy Boyd as Pippin, we saluted. Cos he is involved in the most amazing scenes ever film. The Men-folk's signal of Middle Earth. wow! And of course, the most heartwarming scene I ever have previldge to witness. Faramir's useless almost-murder, and ths story that he sings, while Denethor eat. Gah! Billy delivered the perfomance of the year through his singing. That alone just... ok, you probably made from stone if you don't feel at least a twinge.

Other than that, I actually fall into those People-who-read-the-book-but-wonder-where-the-hell-is-that-scenes? group. I really really wanted them to show me The House of Healing. Because Aragorn was fantastic in that scenes. The nurse there who was like...
Altheas?
Kingsfoil
oh, we always use it for cooking, to make the smell go away you know.

And Gandalf is almost fidgeting and was about to curse the lady. mwahahaha! ok, it's war and Faramir is sick, but that is why the chapter is my favourite in the book! Ok, Extended, damm, is it November yet? And now, I'm going to go probably see it for the second time. The movie was that good!

I saw me!

I saw me, beautiful me, with the gold hilt, reforged by the Elven Master, and given to Aragorn, the true heir of Numenor by Elrond. *whimper* I'm would be really excited if it's not because of all those hooplas surounded the movie, what being the last in the series and it's surprised the critics by kept on becoming the best movie year after year.

So really hope the hooplas is not going to destroy my enjoyment.

Some pic first.

This is Lance (green eyes) and JC (blue-gray)

This is Chris (brown eyes) and JC (grey)

This is Joey (hat) and JC (not tickly!)

And this is Justing (no hair) and JC (curl) in the making of What's Going On.

Ok, Finally! The recs. Hope you guys enjoy it as much as I enjoy it. wohoo!

The Last Place- Jae
Written as part of the Slash Across America Challenge (that produced some of my favs) on South Dakota, this story is one of the story where everything's went wrong. But they can't help from not be there. Chris is a PI, Justin's his assistant and Lance's his rich client. And in the middle is JC, who just being the object where everything's wrong. *sigh* It kinda grab you up and twist you and just in the end, it let you breathe. Chris, Lance:

Alberta by Bitterchick
This story is special for me, cos I started to read it in Early Oct 2003, My two years anniversary trip to the Canadian Rocky. So it's kinda fitting in my memory, hence, the story. JC is just gone, wanting to go to the castle he saw in the picture. Hence, Alberta. Chris follows. Chris:

The Other Half by BitterChick
Birtney and JC switched place. And hillarity ensured. Funny, funny with capital F! *cough* I like Britney in this one, and dang, if this story didn't make you rolled over the floor, just do it. It's good. Heck, read everything in her site, and you're not gonna be sorry. Chris, Justin:

Baby Blue by Foxmonkey
A four-years old JC appeared in Justin's doorstep. And it started from there. This story nailed it for me because of this sentence from JC's mom.

"He was about this age when he came to live with us," she began. "Such a little thing; God, Justin, he was so serious. He needed so much love." Her voice broke on the last word, and she waited a moment to speak again. "I never told him, but I cried every night the first month he was with us." She sat beside Justin on the bed. "He was such a little thing," she repeated. "He just...he just wanted someone to love him. He just broke my heart."

"Karen," Justin started, but she waved him quiet. She sniffed, and wiped at the tears on her cheeks.

"He was so serious, you know? Just...so careful around us, like he was afraid he'd do something to make us send him away." She pressed her palms to her eyes. "Josh looks just like him, Justin. He acts like he did, he sounds just like him. I don't think I can do it again. I gave him so much of my heart...I don't think I can do it again."

Why? cos JC was adopted, and the author showed what could had been in his childhood. Justin:

Two Pair and a Diamond Jack by White Diamond
It has noir written all over it. The gangsterism, the rival between three families, the PI, the mole, Read this! LA is a seedy place, and the only thing country guys can do is survived. Lance:

Montana by Rhys
Another Slash Across America thingy. Joey kinda kidnapped JC and forced him to eat. Joey is also wanted to fulfill his things-to-do-before-25. And did Joey make it? It's Joey!

Flame by Rhys
When I first saw JC in Pop, I was kinda wow! I want to grab his hair and just feel how soft it'll feel. And still do Hence, Flame, where JC act too gay to everyone's liking. Except Lance. hehehehehe.... And on the other hand, just read everything Rhys wrote. Cos she's a good one.
